Montréal’s Queens Creation steps into September with the exhibition in full swing and two weeks of dance energy building toward a community day that centers hip hop, movement and intergenerational exchange. Our next milestone lands on Saturday, September 13. Programming spans noon to 9 pm with free, public activities confirmed via Queens Creation’s feed: Hip Hop workshop, a youth break workshop, panel discussion, outdoor cyphers, vendors and live painting—culminating in an all-styles and throw-down.

Queens Creation 2025 is geared up to be the most action-packed edition yet with an internationally recognized cast of dynamic and multi talented women of all ages. 
Over 2 days the Maison de la Culture de Notre dame de Grace will be filled with live painting, beat making, an art exhibit, Emcee battles & showcases, B-girl break battles, Bonnie & Clyde Break battles (a team made up of a b-boy & b-girl), an All Styles of street dance female 2 on 2 battle, dance showcases, workshops and a panel discussion.

move the needle

Workshops that move the needle.  Adult hip hop with @kce__ (Instagram) from 2–3 pm and a break workshop for youth with @everydayjk47—a clear nod to skill-sharing across ages. 

doors & battle

The evening centerpiece is a Bonnie & Clyde battle (two-dancer teams), presented with partners WUNA and HeR in the Iro-Valaskakis-Tembeck performance hall; entry is free and tickets are available on the Maison platform two weeks ahead.
